Terms of Service

Please read these terms before commissioning. By placing an order, you agree to everything below. It keeps every commission fair, clear and smooth for both of us.

Payment

  • Prices are non-negotiable.
  • Payment is 100% upfront after the concept and raw render are finalized.
  • Taxes must be covered.
  • No refunds for client-sided cancellations. If I cancel the order for any reason before the work has started, a refund will be provided.
  • Final artwork will be provided after the payment. Same for the group payments.

Delivery

  • Final files are delivered after the full payment has been received.
  • Turnaround time is agreed upon before the commission begins.
  • Rush delivery is available for an additional fee when my schedule allows it.
  • Unexpected delays will always be communicated as early as possible.

Revisions

  • Reasonable revisions are included during the agreed revision stage.
  • Major concept changes after approval may require an additional fee.
  • Revision requests must be clear and supplied together where possible.
  • Changes requested after final delivery may be treated as a new order.

Usage

  • The final artwork may be used for the game or project it was commissioned for.
  • The artwork may not be resold, redistributed or claimed as another artist’s work.
  • I may display completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed before ordering.
  • Source files are only included when specifically stated in the order.

Communication

  • Discord is the preferred contact method for commission updates.
  • Please provide references, requirements and deadlines before work begins.
  • Long periods without a response may delay the agreed delivery date.
  • Abusive or disrespectful behaviour may result in the commission being cancelled.
